a246403137 GUACAMOLE-518: Update German keymap to define behavior of Caps Lock. 
On German keyboards, Caps Lock behaves like Shift, affects all
characters except dead keys, "°", "<", ">", "-", "_", and any keys
requiring AltGr, and is undone by Shift.
